Yes, [tex]\sin x[/tex] is an odd function, which means [tex]\sin (-x)=-\sin x[/tex].

Also, [tex]-0=0[/tex] and [tex]\sin0=0[/tex], so it's true that [tex]\sin(-0)=-\sin0[/tex] because [tex]\sin(-0)=\sin0=0=-0=-\sin0[/tex].
